Linda Collins-Shaw - Interim President
​Linda has been a  University City resident for 44 years. Committed to her community, she has volunteered with the University City Chamber of Commerce as a volunteer coordinator for several years; chaired the fundraising initiatives of Fair U City; co- chaired the first kick-off event for the University City Community Foundation(UCCF)  and co-chaired the organizational process of the University City  Community Foundation(UCCF). Linda is presently serving  on the University City Human Relations Commission and is the Membership Chair for the UCCF Board. Linda is a former U City businesses owner and the owner of LCS Consultants.
Dr. Jaclyn Kirouac-Fram, Secretary
Jaclyn joined the staff of FOCUS St. Louis as Director of Development in March 2016 and was promoted to Vice President in July 2017.

Jackie came to FOCUS from the University of Missouri-St. Louis, where she served as Director, Corporate & Foundation Relations. She also has 10 years experience in nonprofit development, including positions at Southside Early Childhood Center, Mentor St. Louis and Girls Incorporated of St. Louis.


Robert Parker, Treasurer

Robert is a US Army Veteran with 13 years of service. He is a Risk Management Representative,  specializing in Insurance and Financial Services work for Farmers and Hartford Safeco insurance company.  Robert has a degree in Political Science & International relations. He enjoys football, motorcycling and teaching. 


Shana Albright, CFRE

Shana is a fundraising professional with more than ten years of experience working in the St. Louis community. She’s a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, and previously served on the Boards of Trailnet and Perennial St. Louis. Since 2015 she’s worked as the VP of Development for Easterseals Midwest.

Victor Pichon

A native of New Orleans, Victor participated in civil rights marches and even an investigation of Angola State Prison during college. He moved to St. Louis in 1973 after completing his accounting degree at Dillard University. Victor worked for 34 years in the tax law department of the Internal Revenue Service, retiring in 2008. He came to University City in 1979. He has served on numerous boards and commissions in U City and the school district and has received leadership awards for his service. He is Treasurer for Real Talk, a mentoring program in U City schools.

Richard L Aurbach
Rick is a retired software developer and co-leader of the University City Conversations on Race, Class and Culture. He’s been a University City resident since 1978. When not volunteering, he writes iPhone and iPad applications and is an artisan bread baker.
Dr. Dianne Benjamin
Dianne is a psychologist and environmental educator.  She just completed two 3-year terms on the Green Practices Commission in University City.  She’s a 2013 graduate of FOCUS Leadership St. Louis.  Currently she is Director, Planning & Research at Area Resources for Community & Human Services (ARCHS).  Previously she was Program Director at The Green Center in University City. 

Linda Pritchard

Linda is the coordinator of the A+ scholarship program and UServe—the community service component of University City High School.


She is also the founder and principal consultant of Fundamentals Etiquette and Image Basics, a soft skills and lifestyle education organization.  She has been a workforce educator for over 10 years and is dedicated to community service.
